Meade’s four piece accessory kit will set you up with a nice selection of eyepieces. Includes
three premium 4-element Plossl eyepieces (6.4mm, 12.4mm, & 32mm), and a neutral density (ND) moon
filter...all in standard 1.25” size. Add the ND filter on any 1.25” eyepiece to cut the brightness
of the Moon, Venus, and other bright objects to see more detail.

lunar & planetary details.

A moon filter will come in real handy when the moon is at it’s brightest. Have you ever noticed
how hard it is to look through your telescope at the full moon” It is so bright that your eyes
”stop down”, preventing you from seeing subtle details. A neutral density filter is an
inexpensive way to dim the brightness to a more comfortable level, which allows your eyes to
relax and see more detail!
