The PST is the latest innovation from Coronado. This 'little'
telescope is another step toward our goal of making it possible for
everyone to, "experience the Sun our way."
Sub angstrom H-A systems have long been cost prohibitive for the
amateur. Designs other than the Coronado are difficult to use because
of temperature and F-Ratio requirements. Not only does the PST have a
bandpass of <1.0 angstrom but it is also thermally stable and
requires no more time to operate than putting in a eyepiece and
adjusting the focus.
For those looking for more aperture we proudly present the SolarMax
60 Telescope dedicated H-alpha telescope. Built to our exacting
standards the SolarMax 60 Telescopes provides the user a telescope
with the same lightweight portability of our SolarMax 40 Telescope
but the extra aperture greatly increases the resolution of detail on
the surface and on the limb. With over twice the surface area of the
SolarMax 40 the difference is obvious.
The SolarMax 90 Telescope is the largest H-A telescope ever to be
mass-produced and is in use around the world from private
observatories to professional research facilities. Noted for
incredibly sharp, 'contrasty' H-Alpha views, and stunning detail.
Even when viewing with a single eyepiece the sun appears fully
animated even revealing hints of curvature, this effect is enhanced
when used with bino-viewers. The SolarMax 90 Telescope is compatible
with most imaging systems and amateur astronomers have produced
images that rival those gathered by multi million dollar systems,

The LS60/Ha is a complete Solar Telescope. The refractor based system
has a precision aligned singlet chromatic lens with a 60mm aperture.
The front singlet lens reduce half the stray light of an achromat,
fully eliminate the possibility for on axis coma, astigmatism,
decentering aberrations and provides with the matched collimation
lens set a full spherical corrected flat-field Solar-Telescope. The
focal length is 500mm providing a ~4.5 mm image through a 6mm
blocking filter. Fine adjustment is achieved with a Crayford style
focuser or feather touch focuser with 10:1 reduction standard. An
internal etalon with tune adjustment allows for a <0.8 Angstrom
bandpass.
The LS60THaDS50 is a complete Solar Telescope. The scope has an externally and internally mounted
factory matched tunable etalon system for use at both <0.8 Angtroms and <0.55 Angstroms. The optical
system has been optimized for the Hydrogen-alpha wavelength.
